If practiced mindfully, you will not only look but feel gorgeous! I’ve compiled a list of natural beauty treatments to add to your beauty routine to pamper yourself and enhance your beauty.

Here Are 5 Beauty Treatments to Help You Feel Younger:

  1. Kansa Wand

A Kansa Wand is a tool made of a bronze dome with a wooden handle, In Ayurveda, it is seen as a healing metal. It’s been used for centuries as a healing tool that revitalizes the complexion by increasing circulation, it calms inflammation, soothes irritation, and helps the skin release toxins.

By stroking the skin with the Kansa Wand in sweeping, circular motions, it helps circulate the lymph and aids in detoxification; the acidity is drawn from the skin and the pH of the skin is regulated. It also soothes fine lines, plumps and brightens skin.

The Kansa Wand is used with oil, Jojoba is a favorite, also Marula, Coconut, Argan, or Sesame oil.

  1. Crystals

Crystals are used for healing many parts of the body, mind, and spirit. Crystal healing is often practiced as the laying of stones on and around the body. Laying crystal over the face do wonders for relaxing the skin, soothing signs of aging, and reduces “expression” lines by deeply relaxing the face.

Aquamarine is one of my favorite stones for beauty. It relieves stress and has a soothing nature. It will help you speak your mind gently. It helps you develop calm and patience. It has a healing effect on the endocrine system.

Morganite is my second pick for beauty. It’s a gentle pink stone that enhances the vibration of love. It gently opens the heart chakra and brings an uplifting glow to the skin.

Both Morganite and Aquamarine are associated with glowing skin and anti-aging.

  1. Jade Roller

Jade rollers are small rollers that look a bit like paint rollers. They can be used without oil to soothe facial skin. Jade increases the collagen and elastin of the skin. It reduces fine lines and wrinkles, soothes inflamed skin (especially when you use the roller after it’s been in the freezer)

Rollers can also be found in other stones including Rose Quartz. I like Rose Quartz because it promotes a deep glow of love and relaxation.

  1. Milk Bath

Allow the Milk Bath to be your beauty ritual. It’s a sensuous, experience that softens and brightens the skin of the body. It’s the ultimate of pampering rituals. It hydrates, cleans, softens, and exfoliates the skin. Use full-fat milk or cream; you can also add honey and essential oils to tailor the effect. Simply add to your bath water along with the oils or other elements.

Frankincense oil is great for nourishing aging skin. It keeps skin supple and is a great addition to a Milk Bath. Add some rose petals to connect with ancient beauty vibes and add magic and luxury.

A Milk Bath also soothes irritated skin, helps you de-stress and relax, and improves the look of the skin including reducing the appearance of dark patches.

  1. Green Tea

Green Tea is the tea of choice for the best health. It’s rich in antioxidants and phyto-chemicals, polyphenols, amino acids, enzymes, folate, potassium, magnesium, and a small amount of caffeine.

It reduces inflammation and improves skin elasticity. Using tea bags as compresses on your eyes will reduce puffiness and improve dark circles.

Green Tea neutralizes free radicals that contribute to skin damage which ages the skin.
