Kelly Prentice

Kelly Prentice holds a BA in Communications and started her career in writing more than 15 years ago. In 2003, she completed a 200+ hour yoga teacher training and left hospital PR work to become a freelance writer and yoga instructor. In 2008, she started a family and returned to her love of ballet. To deepen her practice in the ancient traditions of yoga, Kelly adopted a daily meditation practice and studies ancient yogic texts at the Arsha Vidya Gurukulum in the Pocono Mountains. Kelly is thrilled to join Bija Initiative where she brings ancient practices to cubicles everywhere.
