One of the activities I enjoy the most is experimenting with recipes and playing in the kitchen.
Taking the time to slow down and make a meal allows me to embrace the moment and take time to nourish myself. I believe that cooking is one of the multiple ways we can cultivate self-love. It fosters creativity and forces us to think about how and why we feed ourselves certain foods. Whether you stroll through the farmer’s market or choose your favorite ingredients in the supermarket, devoting time to self-nourishment can be fun, calming and grounding.
One of my favorite recipes I would like to share with you is my Berry Chia Seed Vanilla Pudding.
It is super simple, delicious and nutritious. Every spoonful is a tasty treasure trove of nutrients such as fiber, protein, antioxidants, minerals and more! I love to enjoy it for breakfast or a snack and invite you to try it as well. Happy Cravings!
