During this time of change, how are you handling yourself?
Are you hyper-emotional? Do you feel exasperated and drained? Are you fearful of the change going on in the world?
Everyone handles change differently. Some love it, but most humans do not like change. The fear of change is evolutionary in humans, we like routine. Our internal learned behavioral patterns teach us to resist change. We tend to lose our sense of control.
When you change your reality to one where you are alone with your feelings you begin to start judging yourself. If there are others around you in close proximity you will begin to judge them. You have started a path of not staying in love. Not staying centered in who you really are, a divine being. This is all a byproduct of fear. Fear is the byproduct of viewing your present with the energy of the past.
Personal childhood development can trigger a negative reaction to change. So, you are living and experiencing yourself through filters of energy, not only the energy of your childhood but the energy from life, as well.
You never leave the natural state of the divine, but energy attaches to us making it more difficult to be who we truly are. From when we are born through the age of seven, every emotion that we experience stays with us. For those that believe in reincarnation every life’s energy stays with us, as well.
You may notice now that the people who have been doing a great deal of self-work, meditating daily, healing themselves, correcting their thoughts, words, and actions, and then releasing those energy shells, have been calm and relaxed.
It’s not that they are not taking precautions like the rest of the world, but they are seeing and are feeling the true self, they are closer to their divine self. They know that everything is neutral, that what you put out is what you get back. There is no fear in the here and now. Stay in the present.
Physical reality is a reflection that starts within you, so create a beautiful loving environment. Any change must start with your state of being, meditate daily, connect with the divine, connect with mother earth, ground, and protect yourself in the beautiful energy that surrounds you.
So, when or if you are in the throes of panic and fear, there are a few things you can do to help yourself:
- Sit quietly and examine your emotion (Stimulus)
- What is the emotion?
- What triggered your emotion?
- Where does it come from?
- Am I doing too much of at once?
- Break down your reaction (Response)
- Are there immediate consequences?
- Can you create a solution?
- Are you letting your emotions control you?
- Reality check
- Am I safe right now?
- Do I have food?
- Do I have shelter?
- Can I take the time to foster a plan that will help me?
Here Are Some Steps that Will Assist You in Calming Yourself:
- Control your input
- Control your output
- Trust that the universe is unfolding as it should
- Stay out of the future
- Stay out of the past
- Stay in the present, the now
- Ground yourself to mother earth
- Connect to the divine
- Protect yourself
- STAY IN LOVE
