Holiday Help: 5 Crystals for Tapping into More Joy and Less Stress this Holiday Season

The winter holidays can be both joyful and stressful, often at the same time.

From navigating family dynamics to workplace celebrations, using gemstone energy just might get you through with a renewed sense of peace and goodwill toward all, including yourself. And the best part is by wearing your energy as jewelry, no one has to be the wiser!

  1. Hypersthene.

Eases irritation and enhances self-esteem.

Hypersthene is a commonly-found stone but hasn’t been as widely used in jewelry until recently. What a hidden treasure! This gemstone is velvety black to dark brown and has in its center the most amazing silver or gold shimmer, often seen as bands. It is sometimes incorrectly called ‘Velvet Labradorite’ or ‘Black Labradorite’. The vibration of Hypersthene is far different from Labradorite, so misnaming it can lead to unrealistic expectations of its abilities.

Hypersthene helps dispel irritation and downright crankiness by helping us ground and center our emotions.
