Did you know Men’s Health Month recently passed? This is a time to share tips and resources on how men can be healthier all year long. In celebration, I chose my first monthly smoothie Vlog with ingredients to support a man’s health and boost his libido. Check out the video below!
This Libido Enhancing Smoothie consists of the following ingredients:
- 12 oz of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ to 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- dash of cinnamon powder or 1 drop of cinnamon essential oil
- 1 dash black pepper
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy.

A plant in the cruciferous family and its root has been traditionally used as an aphrodisiac. Studies show an increased libido for those who supplement with it. Maca is also an antioxidant and seems to be protective of men’s’ prostate.
An antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties keeping the heart healthy and helping blood flow to the groin area.
