This month’s smoothie is called Peppermint Cacao Delight and is made with the following ingredients:
- 12 oz. unsweetened, vanilla macadamia milk or other plant-based milk
- 1 cup of spinach or mixed greens
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½-1 frozen banana
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp ashwagandha
- 1 -3 tsp of cacao powder
- 1 drop certified therapeutic grade peppermint essential oil
- Place all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until smooth add more liquid for your desired consistency.
- Pour into your favorite holiday glasses and share with your family and friends.

Carrageenan is the ingredient in different kinds of plant-based milk that I could not recall in the video. I recommend you do your research on this ingredient. I also buy plant-based milk without carrageenan.
