Mango Lassi Smoothie
- 12 oz unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 scoop protein
- 1-2 tsp ashwagandha powder
- seeds from 1 cardamom
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add in additional almond milk for your desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
