We must realize letting go has nothing to do with the release of anything outside of yourself. Don\’t believe you must live from an unseen part of ourselves; a self that thinks clinging to wreckage is the same as being rescued. When you find yourself in a \’mad rush\’, what you\’re really after is a quiet mind; a peaceable state of self only reached by realizing there is no place more empowering to be than in the present moment.
