Mind, Body, Spirit Cleanse
Years ago, I had the extraordinary experience of sinking into a natural clay bath at the edge of the ocean. If that sounds strange and wonderful to you, I can tell you it was!
At the time, I was also with my husband and two young sons, so it definitely qualified as one of those truly awesome family adventures. But then, I went back later by myself and had a completely different experience; it became a sacred mind, body, spirit purification ritual.
Since then, I’ve revisited it in my own meditation practice and offered it as a cleansing visualization in countless women’s circles and events.
I’m sharing it in the video below and I encourage you to find a quiet place to settle down, close your eyes, and let yourself literally immerse in this elemental mind, body, spirit cleanse.
And if you want to visualize the setting in all its glory, look at the image above of the clay cliffs at Gay Head on Martha’s Vineyard.
