Emotions Control Your Energy: The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or ‘Tapping,’ is an emotional needle-free version of acupuncture, called acupressure.

It is based on new discoveries regarding the connection between your body’s subtle energies, your emotions, and your health. EFT has been reported successful in thousands of cases covering a huge range of emotional, health and performance issues. It often works where nothing else will. Negative beliefs and social conditioning (i.e. your thoughts) regarding anything will create negative emotions and block your body’s energy meridians.

Once this blocked energy has been freed via Tapping, the powerful Law of Attraction will begin to transform your life by responding to your predominantly positive emotions. Therefore, EFT allows us to deliberately create our reality rather than merely face it. The incredible life-transforming results I’ve witnessed, including my own, is what inspired me to teach it to others. I chose the following affirmation for my coaching practice:

“We don’t face reality, we create our own reality.”

Hence, by grasping this concept and practicing EFT, you can literally ‘Tap into Well-Being’ and manifest a life of health and abundance.

Well-being refers to WEALTH (Abundance) and HEALTH. EFT tapping is based on the same meridian points used in traditional acupuncture, an ancient practice used for over five thousand years to treat physical and emotional ailments, but without needles! Instead, tapping with your fingertips, on certain pressure points is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians in your body, while you think about a specific problem.

What many people find so different about this technique is that first, it requires you to focus on the negative emotion at hand, such as a fear, a worry, a physical pain or illness, an unresolved problem etc. Until we acknowledge and deal with the negative issue, it will never be fully resolved, and will continue to rear its ugly head, regardless of how positive of a person you are. Tapping on these meridian points, while focusing on the past negative emotion, engages both the brain’s limbic system and the body’s energy system.

This encourages a sense of safety and resolution.

As the science of epigenetics is proving, when you change your internal environment (emotions, beliefs, etc.), then external changes in your physical health will follow. I frequently use the term Well-Being, which can apply equally to your wealth (abundance), as well as your physical health.

It’s for this reason why I offer two separate ‘Tap into Well-Being’ courses; You can literally tap into your natural state of WELL-BEING by focusing on either your state of ABUNDANCE or on a particular HEALTH issue.
