Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
Research suggests eating high-protein dairy products can boost fat loss, protect your muscles during weight loss, and help you to feel full and satisfied longer. Yogurt contains probiotics which keep your gut healthy. Whole milk Greek yogurt contains conjugated linoleic acid which according to some lab studies, promotes greater weight loss and fat burning in overweight people.
