So often we get frustrated in relationships, it\’s always a give and take idea. But sometimes, when we do not get what we want or are unhappy with the situation, we often look to the external or the person in front of us to change. \’If only she/he did this then.….\’ – fill in the blank. How often do you find yourself thinking this?

The journey of self-awareness and self-discovery is just that…it\’s about you. Only you are responsible for your change, not anyone else\’s. We are all looking to get a need met and mostly we do this unconsciously, without really stopping to take some time to stop and think about it. Ultimately, it is up to us to meet our own needs and happiness. Others can amplify it but in the end, we are responsible for our own happiness.
