We, as individuals, rely on our words to convince others to believe what we say. Through their experiences and interactions with other, they may tend to take our words lightly. Allow our actions to speak in a higher volume to validate our words. Our walk, example and our validity with our actions are far more convincing when we take steps to prove ourselves more believable than by simply speaking. Don\’t stop at telling others your thoughts, put an action behind these words. Action projects louder volumes than the words we say. Throughout my recovery, I said a lot, but until I actually began to DO, my words were heard more by the actions I took.
