I was born and raised in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, surrounded by a loving family and nature. Parents, grandparents, brothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins met several times a year to hike together and enjoy a picnic at the top of a mountain. I started to study the healing arts at an early age with a fascination for the mind and the brain. My dream was to become a neurosurgeon. Fate had other plans.

At 15, after attending my first professional seminar, I became the prodigy of the psychologist-psychoanalyst who was lecturing. I studied these modalities under his tutelage while facing cancer and having surgeries every 6 months. I also immersed myself in the study of nutritional approaches and, at 18, I bought my first juicer, started on a detox program and stopped the surgeries. It worked for me.

I traveled through Europe, the Middle East and parts of Asia, before coming to the United States in 1979. I got married, home birthed and homeschooled children… then divorced.


A debilitating illness, with pain, weakness and panic attacks, kept me bedridden for months in my 30s. In order to heal, I enrolled in a Doctor of Naturopathy degree, followed by a Ph.D. in Natural Health. I am fortunate to have been mentored by some of the top integrative medical doctors and psychotherapists in the country and learned many healing modalities (InterActive Guided Imagery, HoloEnergetics, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Homotoxicology, Flower Essences, EFT and Energy Psychotherapy, protocols for PTSD, Causal Chaining, metaphysics and more), allowing me to go rapidly to the root cause of a dis-ease and to empower my clients to transform its energy.


I started my practice in California by working on allergies (I still do), then moved on to specialize in mental/emotional trauma recovery. Stress and PTSD take their toll on our physical health and need to be addressed, just as much as proper nutrition for our specific metabolic types, age, and condition.

Lifestyle is important, as is going to the root cause of a challenge. I love to dig deep, where the answers lie, often at the soul/spirit level. Once we know the cause, it’s easier to find potential solutions, whether to release it, minimize it, uproot or transform its energy.

Working holistically, I invite body-mind-soul-spirit to be part of the “healing team.” Would food therapy or detox help you? Do you still have a disruption in your energy system from an earlier trauma or from stress? What is the message your body is trying to communicate to you?


My mission is to empower people using what I researched, studied and successfully practiced with myself, my children and clients over the years, to restore and maintain health, vibrant health, for body-mind-soul-spirit. After my divorce, I closed my part-time private practice in California, moved to Las Vegas (I am still not sure of the purpose of going through Las Vegas on my life’s path) and now offer holistic and integrative natural health coaching on Skype, by phone and through classes and workshops.
