Attitudes of the heart such as Gratitude, Appreciation, and Care aren\’t just pleasant sensations. They have a muscle. Exercising core heart feelings, such as care for ourselves and care towards others, teaches us how to bring positive heart-based emotions into our lives as often as possible – even on demand – so we don\’t have to rely on random events for us to feel them.  However, we can easily fall into the trap of what is described as ‘over-care’ without even realizing it. We may think we are doing things out of care, but are we disguising the underlying energy-draining emotions instead, such as the feelings of worry, anxiety, or restlessness that keep us hostage from truly feeling that deep sense of ease. In this segment, you will learn how to be on the look-out for ‘over-care’.
