You have that power within to achieve this in a single moment, but like all growth, repetition, even of \’awareness,\’ is key.

If we repeat Anything three times daily for 21 days, science now tells us that this is sufficient for our brain\’s neuropathways to shift, and we become truly new people.

You begin with Self-Observation. Are you sensing your surroundings? With each sensory prompt, we are pulled into the present moment.

Once we are living in the moment, our Soul life truly begins.

The Universal Energy, the Divine Wonder of All that Is, woven in a harmonic tapestry of Love, is within you, and within all of Creation.

Many of us live such busy lives that it is almost impossible to find a connection to Universal Energy, and to that cosmic Love. Instead, we \’put ourselves on automatic,\’ rote behavior to complete tasks at hand. This is a common, habitual activity as our culture demands more from us than is easily managed. Living this way, senses become numbed.

The Life of the Present Moment is diminished as a part of our awareness is turned down to cope. I\’ve seen it so often – worries flooding the mind so actions become automatic, simply to \’get through.\’

Try to break through what is your own, naturally created programming. When we achieve the experience of Spirit within, and recognize that it is of a whole with the Energy all around, we are One at Last.
