We actively let them know that our deepest wish is for their peace of mind, and wholeness in mind, body and spirit. With words and actions we can assure them that, no matter what, we are here to support them through their pain and turmoil.

If we are able to completely and unconditionally love and support another through hard times, why is it such a struggle to place the same depth of loyalty and commitment on our own wellbeing and happiness?

Our internal comfort and sanctuary lies at the deepest core of our being. Our biggest challenge is to honour ourselves, look into our own eyes and vow with the passion and unfailing commitment that we extend to others ~ “When things get tough, I am here for you.”

From this peaceful place of assurance, we know without a shadow of a doubt, that when we touch pain, we are supported and held softly within our own heart, until we are able to breathe again.
