With each breath, I breathe in potential – it lands in the space between my inhale and exhale. This is the moment of creation.
Within this space, within this darkness of all possibility, my heart’s desire is felt in the rhythm of my heartbeat.
My breath carries this rhythm out into the world with every exhale.
Each moment, each breath carries with it, carries on it, the potential to create a new experience.
