Hello. My name is Kim Shafer. I am the CEO of a life science company, Daily Body Restore.
Please tell us a bit about DBR:
Daily Body Restore’s Probiotic formulation combines probiotics and digestive enzymes in 1 capsule. We have 2 peer review publications and we are preparing for our next study as we speak. We recently received an award from ECRM and Drug Store News. While our company is privately held, we are fortunate to have Billionaire philanthropist, John Paul DeJoria as an investor.
What makes DBR Different?
Our products were formulated for our family. This personal approach is evident in everything we do. This is one of the many reasons that we do testing on our complete formulations, unlike some companies that simply test individual ingredients or don’t do any testing at all.
How/Why did you develop DBR? What’s your story?
My daughter was diagnosed with a serious health issue. We were looking for a natural way to help support her digestive and immune system.
You are obviously an expert in your area, but why do you feel the Soccer Industry needs DBR:
There are many studies showing the benefits of probiotics. We have professional athletes that train hard and travel frequently while competing. It’s important to them to be able to do everything they can to maintain immune health which is why they take our probiotic with digestive enzymes.
