Watching the rivers of refugees seeking asylum in our safe and privileged countries stirs within me a feathery flutter of hope for humanity.

We all have a unique opportunity to listen to the vibration of the earth – the song of oneness, the wordless song of hope.

Deep within us is the power to create the shift necessary for humanity to sustain the exquisite power of ‘Being as One’, living a hopeful life to help other possibilities emerge.

Together, as one, there is a possibility to heal the wounds of difference, the polarities of spirit and ego, and emerge into the profound beauty of unity.

Show compassion to yourself and others.

Step into the powerful knowing of self-love.

Reach out with gratitude, and accept every part of being to experience a profound joy and happiness.

Honor the diversity of each person’s journey – because just as on earth, all rivers, great and small, lead to the ocean.
