Many of us look for peace in all the wrong places. Rushing here, there and everywhere else hoping to find peace of mind anywhere other than within you is like looking for your heart in someone else\’s body. We must realize letting go has nothing to do with the release of anything outside of yourself. Don\’t believe you must live from an unseen part of ourselves; a self that thinks clinging to wreckage is the same as being rescued. When you find yourself in a \’mad rush\’, what you\’re really after is a quiet mind; a peaceable state of self only reached by realizing there is no place more empowering to be than in the present moment.
